King Sturge has a network of over 100 owned and associated offices throughout the world. One of the largest property consultants in Europe, King Sturge operates through its comprehensive network in major UK commercial centres and principal mainland European cities.

ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP

The group has over 25 years' experience in enhancing and protecting clients' interests and now acts on behalf of numerous organisations and individuals, managing assets with a value of over £6.25bn. Approximately £545m of rent and service charge is collected annually on behalf of clients.

The success of the property management function is also indicated by the steady growth in the client base and the number of properties under management. Clients include Morley Fund Management, Royal & Sun Alliance, Hill Samuel Asset Management, UBS Asset Management Ltd, Prudential Property Investment Managers Ltd, The Crown Estate, The Church Commissioners, Abbey Life, Hermes Eskmuir Properties and Brixton Estates plc.

In addition we are currently retained as property advisers and managing agents on a discretionary basis for a number of "in house" Pension Funds including Westland Staff Pension Scheme, John Laing Pension Trust, Bradford and Bingley Pensions Ltd and Woolwich Pension Fund.

The Asset Management Group is the largest Group within King Sturge headed by Malcom King, Senior Partner, and currently comprises of over 100 Partners and staff located in teams throughout the national network. There are dedicated asset management teams in London, Bristol, Swindon, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff, Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

There is a dedicated management accounts section based in London, run by two chartered accountants, with a secondary managements accounts team based in Bristol.
